In 1987, Michael’s love affair with Spain began, leading to the opening of Restaurant Tomate in the centre of Fuengirola. In 1988, with his late brother, he unveiled his new venture, Restaurant Ku’Damm Berlin. The enduring success is rooted in consistency, with many team members loyal for over two decades.
